So many negatives that it drowned any positive memories. The location is good but then there are hotels nearby which are better and share the same good location.
A lovely hotel in Zakopane, a nice resort town with plenty to do. Spacious, comfortable rooms with lovely views. We only ate breakfast on site but this was of a good quality with plenty of choice.

Great location, easily approachable, helpful staff and good food.
They provided well for my special breakfast. I am vegan and asked them to prepare some soy milk. Additionally they prepared a salad and cut vegetables as well.
The hotel food is good I recommend it in price quality, outside the hotel the dishes cost the same but the presentation level and products are lower
Loved the excellent staff. The brothers, Chris and Theo, are warm, friendly, and accommodating. Chris gave us great advice for an authentic night of Greek music and dining at Stou Forre in the Psiri district. He made reservations for us, ensuring a table is this wildly popular local spot. We were the only tourists there! It was a highlight of our Greek adventure. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the large bathroom with the huge jacuzzi/spa tub! During the day, we enjoyed a very good Indian restaurant on the corner. A ‘Coffee Island'(delicious, reasonably priced cappuccino) is a 5 minute walk away.
