The location is superb with a bus station right across the street. The bus that stops there takes you to the city center and also to the bus/train station which made travelling around the city and to the airport more affordable and saved us some money!!!!!
The people was very friendly and helpful. Once you got used to the city became easy to get around
Bed was really nice. Very comfortable and polite staff. Checking in and out was very fluid
The hotel is very tired, with worn carpets, facilities (i.e. TVs) hanging off, in room coffee/tea making facilities not working. Worst of all, we had dinner at the hotel on one night along with a couple of beers, only to find out the following morning that the hotel doesn’t have an alcohol licence. I hate being deceived.
Location is just next to Molenwerf tran stop and surroundings are clean and quiet. Great staff to support all the time. Nice comfortable rooms. Not too far from centrum (20 min from public transport). Loved the stay.
Breakfast is amazing rooms are comfortable staff were friendly.
