The room was clean and bed comfortable and the food was nice
The location and pool area were great . The staff were friendly and helpful.
Clean and quiet! Right in the middle of CBD, surrounded by many places to eat, visit and shop. Near central station. Staff was super helpful and nice 🙂 Breakfast was excellent! And you get all these for reasonable price!
Awesome hotel, got a promotion price for the Kingsize Room in January 2017 cause they just opened their premises. The hotel features a small, but nice spa area with Japanese still hot tubs and a sauna that guests can use for free. Breakfast was some Miso soup, teriyaki chicken and also a little buffet with bread, juice and water. The hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful. The location near the South Gate in Chiang Mai, where a big food market is located, is also perfect. You can walk there from the hotel. P.S.: I can’t compare it to Ryoakan’s in Japan as I’ve never been to Japan, so can’t say how authentic it is.
The location was amazing, the pool was beautiful, the view from the room was beautiful and it was nice and quiet considering how close it was to Seminyak Square.

Convenient, clean, very reasonable price for the area. I was going low budget for this trip so I was quite surprised the place was so nice. The check in lady (Tracey?) was quite delightful and helpful and all the rest of the staff were very quick to smile. Nice vibe!

Spacious room with good AC and enormous bed. Great location around 5 mins walk from the main street in town. Very good breakfast.
