I enjoyed my stay at Well Hotel mainly because of its comfort and the wonderful staff in the concierge, restaurant and housekeeping departments. This is the first time that i booked in this hotel, I’ve been travelling to Bangkok for over 7 years now and the location of the hotel was the reason why i choose it. The pictures they provided at the booking site catch my attention also and I was hoping it will be exactly the same in reality. Good thing is it’s exactly the same! In years of my travels to Bangkok, Language barrier is always the problem, the staff of Well Hotel speaks good English! The hotel breakfast is superb, there is a wide variety and i love their coffee machine! One good thing about the hotel is it is being surrounded with nice restaurant (Wine Connection & Bei Otto – german resto) and convenience stores (7/11 & Family Mart). Transportation is not a problem since it’s just across the street and the hotel has tuk-tuk which has an hourly schedule from the hotel to the nearest BTS Skytrain station (Asok). I will definitely return to this hotel to experience their hospitality and nice bed!
Everybody at the hotel was very helpful. The check-in process was a little slow but once we arrived at the room we were very excited about the facilities (nice bathroom and spacious modern room).
