Nice 5 room boutique hotel in a very obscure location.
We could not arrive on the day for which we’ve had booking, but from the hostel very kindly agreed to exchange our booking for no extra fee for the following date (on which we actually arrived). Many thanks to the customer service of booking.com as well.
The staffs were kind of helpful, even though they didn’t speak English. Located in the quiet area near nevsky prospect. Most of mini hotels in st. Petersburg don’t have a lift, but they have.
The staff is very helpful and assist me to purchase the circus ticket.
Rooms are very clean and the whole object, even though the building itself, the entrance to building (neighborhood) is old and bit stinky, but its not the property of hotel. Hotel is oasis.
It was not a classic hotel. It was part of the third floor of an apartment building. It had a kitchen and the breakfast was very good. The space was completely renovated. The area was safe at late night.
the hotel is very comfortable, every morning the staff will call and make braekfast perpared. the staffs are so kind like my family. the room is not big but clean and quite it looks everything is perfact.
