Fantastic location & common areas are very comfortable ,view one of the best anywhere updated bathrooms
Nice swimmingpool and a big buffet for breakfast. It was located around the corner of the Neon Nightmarket, which was a very nice place with a lot of different food and shoppingstands.
Lovely rooms, beautifully decorated. Very convenient in centre of city and very helpful owners. Able to leave our luggage without any trouble. Great breakfast.

location was very good and apt was clean and well equiped
fabulous location literally just around the corner (less than 100 metres) from Alcazar. friendly and helpful staff. no lift in the hotel but the nice young man at reception helped me with my luggage up to my top floor room, and helped me get it back downstairs again at the end of my stay. my room was pretty basic and quite small but it had air conditioning and a small fridge, and the bathroom was again quite small but perfectly functional if you are not a big person – after all it is a budget hotel. I was given the top floor room on the terrace which I had pretty much all to myself.
The room is very comfortable, spacious and with an excellent view. The food was very good and the jacuzzi was great.
Great place, room was huge as was the bath. Staff was wonderful, breakfast was great. Will stay here again when staying in Rovinj.
