I really love design of the apartment, and the location, too
The receptionist is friendly and helpful. There are local market, convenience store, pharmacy and local taxi close to the hotel. The room is clean and free from unpleasant smell.
Vienna skyline from 9th floor was excellent, overall xp with this trip was uber alles 🙂
Beds are great other than the pillows. The pool and hot tub are great.
We had our own private balcony which in the evening you could sit up on the wall and look out over all the roofs and parts of Florence

It was good, very friendly staff They upgraded one of our 3 rooms to business after finding that we have already booked a room with double beds and a room with single bed so when they found the issue they upgraded one room as also 3 rooms in same floor wasn’t available
Very well put together apartment and the apartment is furnished in a luxury look and feel. Easy walk to the city centre. Friendly hosts are there to welcome you.
The facilities are great, they even provide clothing detergent. The staff are great, they are very responsive. We accidentally left the key inside the apartment, we called and in the next 30mins they came with the spare key. The neighborhood is great, walking distance to Portabello Market. Very spacious.
