Clean, very comfortable with great hosts. Location central with parking and good breakfast at another location but seconds walk away.
The location was great but parking in split is an adventure. Nice breakfast and very friendly host. The room is very well designed and has all the things you need.
We have been friendly contacted by the host prior to the arrival in order to arrange for the parking of the car as the apartment is located in the pedestrian zone. The nicely room is located close to the old town. A small problem with the air condition had been solved immediately after we called the host.
Perfect location between Old Town, City Centre and Beach. Off the main road so very quiet. Just turn right and you walk through part of the old town which is amazing! The room is very modern and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again

Very modern and clean apartment. Ten minutes walk to old town.
Very friendly & obliging staff. We stayed in the apartment, the room was spacious and beautifully appointed, a cool sanctuary from the heat in the middle of the day. Breakfast at the neighbouring Villa David was included in the price and was generous & delicious. Walk the back lanes to town for a more authentic experience.
Felt like we were in a hotel, very well taken care of! We loved the little balcony and breakfast was great too! Private bathroom, large shower and access to our Netflix on the smart Tv when we just wanted to Netflix and chill! The in room fridge was a lovely added bonus!
Great location with a superb host. Martina helped us with pickup and we loved our stay. The room was very clean and modern. Will definitly come back!
Out of all the hotels I have stayed at in Makati i would say this is the best value for money. It’s quite an old hotel now but it’s very clean and offers superb views of the city. The swimming pool is fantastic and breakfast was exquisite (and included in the price). Friendly staff, good location, nice big room. I really enjoyed it here. Consider staying here as opposed to the overpriced hotels nearby.
