Very welcoming staff and 24h/24 New hotel so new equipment
Lovely, welcoming and friendly staff. Very comfy bed Rooms cleaned twice a day Room positioned very close to beach and pool, best of both worlds. Plenty of sun loungers. Happy Hours throughout the day at different bars, which is a must as drinks are expensive. Australian Restuarant had amazing food menu and wine list.
I’ve stayed at Tokyu Stay in Shibuya three times now, and each time has been even better than the one before it. This last time, I think the staff actually upgraded my wife and I to a suite at no additional cost which has even more space and a higher floor up so we got a nicer view of some of the surrounding buildings from our walk on balcony. Everything you need is here. 1-2 minute short walk from JR New South exit and a 5 minute walk to the metro station. Family Mart right next to the hotel open 24/7 and has good food. Even better than that is the Life Grocery Market which has prepared food and an amazing bakery around the corner, 7 minute walk from the hotel. Tokyu Stay Shibuya is wonderful. Combo laundry and drying machine IN the room, kitchenette, plates, utensils, fridge with small freezer compartment, and everything is clean. Great location, safe neighborhood, conveniently right next to a grocery with great food and other restaurants. Book this place now!

Beautiful room for price. Excellent host, breakfast, and location. Made me want to return to Verona.
The staff were so pleasant and helpful in every aspect. To be specific- Marina and Mariam. It was clean. Breakfast was good. Generally I would say it is easy to get from the airport. I took bus no 109 to Zoologischer Garden via Kurfurstendamm and dropped at Adenauerplatz and then walked to the hotel. It took about 10 – 15 minutes walk. Although this is ok for a fit and and active person, it may not be convenient to everybody. Certainly when it rains!
Location- restaurants, metro, tourist attractions Free afternoon tea & coffee was a good idea but selection of pastry could be better.
The beds were super comfy. Staff friendly. Location is good, with plenty of parking.
