Everywhere we went, everyone was so nice. We never had to go far from our hotel to shop or eat out. There was some construction going on, but the soundproofing of the room kept us from hearing anything. My puppy also loved the pet area.

Fort Worth is blessed with three excellent art museums, plus the downtown Bass performing arts center. If you travel there for culture other than the Western Art and history tradition you will be rewarded. The Cultural District includes very good restaurants along with live music. A personal vehicle is not essential. A shuttle is available (Texas Shuttle) from Dallas-Fort Worth Airport as well as from Love Field. Walking in the Sundance Square area is pleasant day or night. Hotels are scattered throughout the downtown area as are restaurants of all kind. Live entertainment is available daily.

Property is very well maintained, is clean and well appointed.
When we checked in, we were expecting a suite with two queen beds and a sofa sitting area. We were told such a room did not exist at that property but they were booking us into a large room with two queen beds and an adjoining room with a trundle type bed, table and chairs and it’s own TV. Since our adult granddaughter was traveling with us, this option worked out even better than a suite! We were delighted with the accommodations.
The restaurant and bar were closed for the entirety of our stay and while I could understand them being closed on Thanksgiving day, I was surprised to find out they were closed the day before and after.
The hotel desk clerks were very welcoming, friendly and eager to make sure our stay was excellent.
Our stay at this property was one of the nicest stays we have had due the the excellently maintained property and outstanding staff.

Fort Worth is a lovely city with some great old style architecture. Some good restaurants, Jake’s, on Main Street being the pick of the bunch , especially for breakfast from 7am.
JFK memorial (where he gave his last public address)and the waterfall attraction were worth seeing .
Sun dance square is beautiful at night .
Flying saucer bar is worth going to for the 81 different beers on draught beer.
The stockyards area is a really good area, with plenty to see and do, rodeo, maze, pony rides, late bars, music , cattle drive and some really good restaurants, the cattleman’s being top of the list, followed by coopers for the best ribs in the world.
Number 15 bus runs from downtown to stockyards every 15 mins .
Bus drivers were very helpful and pleasant , as were most people we met on our trip.

I love Fort Worth!
I love Fort Worth! If you want a true western experience, the Stock Yards can’t be beat. There is also a fantastic cultural district, upscale shopping in Clear Fork, and always something happening at the local venues.
Still the premiere hotel of downtown Fort Worth. Gorgeous views of the city in clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Beautifully designed lobby is a great place to hang and have a drink. Upscale feel but still laid back. Walk to Sundance Square and a number of fantastic steakhouses - Reata is our favorite - or uber to the museum district or charming Magnolia Street in less than seven minutes.
Absolutely on of the best most inexpensive hotels we have ever stayed. The facilities were VERY nice. VERY GOOD FREE BREAKFAST. Bacon, Eggs, toast, Bagels, custom made TEXAS shaped waffles. Rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Mattress and pillows were AWESOME. Dove products, my favorite. we only stayed one night but wished all hotels were this perfect!!!!!
The staff was friendly and helpful. The location next to the excellent Mexican Restaurant, near Stockyards and downtown Fort Worth was excellent. The breakfast was very good - we were happy with the eggs, yogurt, pancake machine and oatmeal. The price was good. I liked the short distance upstairs to room or elevator with luggage.
The property is absolutely lovely! The decor is very chic & classy, the location is fabulous and the property is immaculate. There is so much attention to detail that we felt like we were in a boutique luxury hotel. It’ll definitely be our first choice of where to stay when we’re in Fort Worth. Our stay was exceptional!
Everything! It was the cheapest hotel in the area cost wise, but just as nice and clean as some of the well known hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. Just as nice as a Hilton or Marriot. Lady at the check in counter was professional & courteous. Rooms were clean. Slept well. Would definitely book a room here again.
Every single one of the employees that worked here were awesome. Customer Service is perfection here. So helpful and informational. Hotel was very clean in all areas. We truly enjoyed our weekend in Downtown Fort Worth and the fact that we had a great hotel and staff made it that much better we will be back.
My daughter & I visited her children in Fort Worth & want a hotel with an indoor pool & hot tub close to shopping & restaurants. Fairfield seemed to fit the bill perfectly per the photos of the property. We got there to find there was No hot tub but the pool is heated! So that helped to fulfill our wants.
The location of the hotel is in the heart of downtown Fort Worth, within walking distance to everything one needs. The hotel staff were the most amazing people I have ever met, they did their utmost to make my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible! Will definitely be staying here again.
Excellent location in downtown, very new hotel and new, well laid out rooms. It was a good value compared to other hotels and prices in the area. Our stay was comfortable and convenient for a single night.
Ok location and rooms but didn't explore too much of Fort Worth downtown. Self parking on the hotel property was nice rather than having to rely on a valet. Breakfast was decent, waffle station was good.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was not bad and the menu items changed daily which was good. The hotel is located in a very convenient area within walking distance to everything.
It was a very convenient location from where everything was. From the Dickies arena, downtown Fort Worth, Hulen Mall, and even the Ridgmar area, you didn’t have to travel very far for anything.
Very friendly staff, comfy rooms and a good breakfast in the morning. Hotel is located not too far from the stockyards which are accessible by the shuttle bus.
