Having Bryant Park literally right outside the front door was amazing as were the views of the park from our room. The staff were absolutely the most welcoming, friendly and accommodating people we have ever encountered! They made us feel like family and we really appreciated the time and attention they gave our family, especially my 7 year old granddaughter who was treated like royalty!
