Even though I am not a beach person, driving by the beautiful beaches was nice. I was there to make new acquaintances, and Biloxi has some very nice people. They were all friendly and engaging, and showed me a really good time. I was able to release my stress, and I left Biloxi feeling refreshed and able to relax again.

I love the fact that it is a very family oriented environment. There’s entertainment for adults the eating in the casinos, the beach, the sunsets the amusement parks the go kart track is always fun. The I visit the Mississippi Gulf Coast very regular and I used to live there. I go to cruising the coast and scraping and jeepin the coast every year one of the biggest problems is not enough nice hotels and motels. The quality of the hotel and motel is hit or miss some of the advertising on booking is faults so be careful what you book the pictures aren’t they make out to be

I’m am so disappointed, and may I add so frustrated, at Hyatt Biloxi. I booked my stay 10 days in advance while out enjoying dinner with friends after a long day of activities received a voice mail from hotel staff at 6:26pm the night of our stay that they were unavailable to provide my room due to “housekeeping issues” and cancelled my room/reservations. As you can imagine being exhausted from the day of activities and being reading to settle in, get a shower and some good rest, this ruined our day. There were several big events happening in town, one of which we traveled for to Mississippi for. The only comparable available room we could find was a 40 minute drive away. Might I also add when I tried to call the Hyatt manager that left me the voicemail back no one ever picked up. I do not and will never recommend this hotel.

It is a beautiful city that has a small town vibe.
It is a beautiful city that has a small town vibe. The roads are great and casinos are easily accessible. Dont spend all your time gambling...get out and explore. The beaches are good but water smells bad and looks dirty...this is a shipyard with many fishing boats docked. Alabama beaches are alot better in every way. We ate at the Hard Rock cafe which is overpriced. I could not eat my french dip...even my fries tasted like fish which I hate but all was forgiven when my hubby and I shared the hot fudge brownie. It was amazing!!! Thanksgiving $35/each buffet was awful (see review). Do your research and stay somewhere else.

Skip Biloxi for gambling as it does not compare to Vegas!
Skip Biloxi for gambling as it does not compare to Vegas! Gaming tables lack excitement and no shows every night like Vegas. The beaches are ok, but go across Mobile Bay to get the blue water and white sand.

Had no complaints. Loved the pool. Did not eat at the hotel.
Had no complaints. Loved the pool. Did not eat at the hotel. We had local places to visit. Rooms were exceptionally nice and clean. Good parking. .No problems. Will stay here on our next trip next year.
The staff was very accommodating. The room was clean. We booked a double room with Queen sized beds (in the advertisement), but we actually had 2 full sized beds. The room was small, but we were not planning on spending a lot of time in the room, so that was okay. Having hot water was an issue; the water was luke -warm, at best. The best part, was the location. We were right on the beach. The hot breakfast was adequate, but the had to wait for items to be refilled. All in all. The stay was good and we will definitely use them again.
Ms. Tonya at check in was very joyful to each customer that walked in. She welcomed them and made check in quick and easy. The hotel was very nice and clean on both interior and exterior. The free breakfast was delicious and there was so much to choose from. The waffle bar was the BEST! The hotel was very accommodating to us needy customers. When we asked for more towels and blankets they gladly provided them in literally five minutes. we also got parking right in front of our room, which is really convenient. Will be staying here again!
Room was large and fabulous overlooking pool and the sea. A newly decorated room with everything new. Breakfast was lovely with a lot of choices. Fresh fruit always available and last night there were free cookies on the reception desk. Pool was warm and there was an outside jacuzzi. Lovely seating area around the pool. There was refurbishment going on in the hotel, but we didn't notice except for the gym being closed. It didn't matter though because we were able to use the gym in the hotel next door.
We loved the view overlooking the pool from our room! My kids loved waking up and getting to look out at the ocean and the pool. The pool was incredible and not overly crowded. The beds were super comfy and it was very cool seeing all the memorabilia throughout the hotel.
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Across the street from the beach and there was also a public restroom on the beach. Close to Sharkheads souvenir shop and restaurants. The room was good sized. They had a pool that looked very well maintained.
Bayfront was pleasant but with a lil vintage appeal it would be charming. Big cool room right on the beach! Not to say it didnt need painting or minor repairs but it was clean and we were tired after our ship island day trip! beds good, bring ur own pillow:)
The Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The Suite was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable,we saw no bugs. The hotel is Convenient to everything even the Casinos.I⁸t is located directly on the Beach.Loved Our View From The Balcony.
I loved the room the hot tub was amazing after a long drive from Huntsville Al down it was way better than the room we got for free at treasure bay casino n hotel .. I wished we stayed here for the two extra nights we was in Biloxi ms..
the hotel was clean, staff was helpful and the location of the hotel made it easy to find things for the entire family to do. they were able to give us adjoining rooms so I was able to keep an eye on my elderly parents
Favorite hotel in Biloxi. Walking distance to downtown Biloxi bars and restaurants, Hard Rock and Beau Rivage casinos and nice clean large rooms..also has a great Frank Sinatra cover band in the lobby bar.
Room was terrible. Heat didn’t work. Shower didn’t work. Had luke warm water midway thru shower. I was in room 824. Next trip to Biloxi will be to another hotel/casino. Bill Radcliffe,(240) 925-3710
Location was great! Next to water & docking of paddle boat - great swimming pools - nice big room with great beds - restaurants on site - free parking - on beach Blvd - 8'drive to downtown Biloxi
Very nice and quiet. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Location was very good with restaurants and casinos within walking distance. Breakfast was free and there was a good selection.
Staff was very nice with lots of personality. Room was good for the price. No frills but homey. Old school hotel set up that was rather charming. Pool area was very nice.
Loved the location right next door to The Reef restaurant. Only a couple of miles from Beau Rivage and Hard Rock Casinos.
Very clean spacious room and very comfy bed.
