Beautiful Hotel. Cosy lounge areas. Very helpful staff. Located in an area that is not too touristy but still has plenty amenities and is within 30 minutes walk from main tourist attractions.
The staff were very helpful Although we had issues with rooms and had to move rooms twice in two days Then when I checked out I was not really compensated for the issues as the manager was away as was the front desk manager and no one else had the power to do anything
I actually stayed with the hotel beginning and end of my trip, absolutely lovely, love the common area, nice bar food!
Service and the bed. Plus the location. The people knew how to be of service to their clients without waiting for gratuities. They seemed to love what they did as a hotel. The bed was very comfortable with fine linens and plump pillows. Loved the towels too. The hotel is in a quiet part of Madrid but so near to Fuencarral and Hortaleza for shopping and restaurants. There’s a super great market right in front of the hotel where I bought all my jamon iberico and jamon bellota.
They offer a buffet breakfast that is pricey but so convenient and delicious. The staff, especially bell hops, wait staff and front desk are so friendly and helpful. The comfort in the room is exceptional! The lobby is like a living room. My brothers and I would meet for drinks there
The location is very good & the generous seating area around the reception desk is outstanding.
Excellent staff and service speaking fluent English. Good breakfast buffet with all hot items cooked fresh to your liking. Good list of spa treatments. Room facilities excellent with the most comfortable beds and Nespresso machines in room. Good bathroom with separate shower and bath and upmarket toiletries. All in all a perfect hotel
The staff throughout the hotel were of the highest quality and so helpful and cheerful . Made a real difference to our all too brief stay The hotel is in a quieter yet very trendy part of Madrid so it was a delight to feel you are escaping from the hustle of the city centre
Room was lovely and dark and quiet. Bed very comfy. Spa lovely
Ivan & Daniella had us over and had all the info we needed. The apartment was spacious with a great kitchen. Shower/bathroom clean and big. Good value for money.
