Location – very close to Maya mall. And with "Grab" App you will go anywhere for the best price (forget about smoky TukTuk) Room – very nice design Breakfast – amazing! Lots of various fruits and the best special vegan pancakes that was made for us.
Roof- infinity swimming pool is fabulous! Drinking beside the pool are so vacation syle, and the view is quite nice. Brand new hotel, with good service.Everybody smell sincerely, quite ideal place for holiday. Location good. Right in front a big mall (but the mall is just ok..), walking distance to all the cafe, restaurant, spa places. Everyday happy hour, u get coupons while you checkin, and you can use it in every lobby or restaurant inside the hotel ( I suggest pool side bar), and get 50% discount for an hour! Drink away, ppl.
This is a 10/10 hotel by all respects. The rooms are huge, the facilities are brand new, the infinity pool is awesome, the staff is friendly, and the view to kill for. If you want a 5-star experience in Chiang Mai, look no further. The breakfast is excellent and the Nimman district is more than what I can expect for a tourist travelling for the first time to Chiang Mai.
The bed was super comfy. I especially loved the soft pillows. The front desk was very accommodating on my last day. They helped with a late check out of 4 PM knowing I flew out at 8 PM.

Wow. Everything about this hotel was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff were attentive and very welcoming. The room was beautifully laid out in an open-plan style which made everything seem bigger. The fact that you could check-in at anytime I thought was also a special touch. Overall, it seems a lot of thought has gone behind the operation and makeup of this hotel and they anticipated everything I required in advance. I would certainly love to stay here again.
A hotel that really cares about its guests needs! I just loved how flexible and accommodating this hotel is. The 24 hour check in check out…if you check in at 4pm you check out at 4pm. The breakfast ‘anywhere anytime’ offer. Amazing staff and service. A wonderful buffet breakfast in the restaurant 7-11am. Free bicycles!
