Stop over between flights. We arrived at midnight and left very early. Hotel arranged prompt and reasonable pickup and return to airport.
The staff here are excellent and so helpful ! Great location for stop off for the airport or a days rest before moving onto central Lima! Close by a huge shopping mall too!
Super friendly and helpful staff, secure building, nice terrace on roof, free basic breakfast, easy to get to and from airport with taxi (perfect to use their chauffeur for early and late flights), 10-15 min walk to big shopping center and to local bus going to historical city (25min and 2-3 soles). Lovely family runs a restaurant next door ‘A mi maniera’.
This was a clean and comfortable stopover for a long layover between flights. They arranged our taxi to and from the airport.
I had a 12 hour layover at Lima and being a Saturday evening didn’t feel the need to venture into the mayhem of Lima traffic to spend the time in Miraflores or the city center. Staying at Tupac was all I needed for the layover. The reservation was easy on www.booking.com and I immediately began an email dialogue with the Tupac Hostel staff which allowed me to reserve round-trip transportation from/to LIM. The total stay cost including transportation was USD $40.00. On arrival the driver was waiting for me holding a sign for Tupac Hostel with my name. On the departure the driver was ready well before my 6a pickup up time. The room was a single room with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Two towels were provided along with a bar of soap. All was clean, the staff professional and friendly and location perfect for the layover. For anyone needing an inexpensive room near LIM Tupac is your place!
The location was close to the airport but not much else. The staff was great. He even showed us how to identify fake money and gave us a bus card to get to To Central Lima.
The staff was extremely friendly, accomodating and helpful with suggestions! They made the difference! Room had power strips for plenty of plugs, bathroom large and remodeled. Beds comfy. Breakfast simple but good with coffee! Helped us find laundry and practice asking for speedy services since my Spanish is no bueno! Ordered airport shuttle at low price for us to get back to airport. Rooftop was cool place to hang out!
Good for a one nights stay before getting a flight out of Lima, staff friendly and breakfast was ok.
Excellent staff and private room was above expectations.
