I thought the hotel was as fine as the A resorts that I have worked in at Walt Disney World for 40 years. The staff, accommodations, facilities, location, dining including 24 hour room service and a very well stocked breakfast buffet were outstanding. Every special request I made during my 13 night stay was acted upon immediately. Every staff member greeted me by name even if I had only interacted with them once. A park adjacent to the property was a beautiful place to walk after a wonderful diner. I am returning this holiday season and will most definitely be staying there again.
I guess you get what you pay for. The room is very decent, although ours is at the basement and it gets slightly stuffy at time. Probably the biggest minus is the surrounding suburb. It is a 15 minutes walk from the notoriously crowded Shinjuku Station (forget the 5m walk from Seibu-Shinjuky, it is hard to find the train line). It gets worse if you have luggage. Also, to reach the hotel, you have to walk through Tokyo red-light district Kabukicho. Not very pleasant for family guest.
Just wonderful value for money. Friendly staff, Also was given a superb room with balcony with a 180 degree view of the Bosporous and city. From the roof top bar area you can see for miles. Easy location of hotel means you can walk everywhere. Also had good breakfast. Will go again to Artefes!
Lots of amenities, kind staff, taxi reservation for 4:30am for the fish market via the reception staff was simple and quick – they even had printed information about the tuna auction for us. Late check-in was possible. The rooms were small but even had a comfortable small bathtub (for 1 person). The room was clean and the small fridge offered enough space. Jimbocho station is a short walk from the hotel, while Kanda station is about 15 minutes by foot (only important for the way to airport)

We have a yummy breakfast prepared by Ngocdaituongquan Nguyen, one of the best Vietnamese coffee make by him and freshly home-make Banh Mi by his friend.
The staff are very proffessional and extremly friendly and helpful. They pay attention to tiny details and make sure you get what you need. The conceirge, front desk and door man are great 👍🏻 The staff sent complimentary food and even left us a gift to remind us of our stay.
This was an amazing property overlooking the city. We felt like we were staying in one of the palaces of the city. Although out of the city there was a bus out front and it only took about 20mins to get into the heart of Vienna. The onsite restaurant served great food and wine and good breakfast. The staff were very helpful.
The staff were wonderful and the food amazing. Lovely pool. Beautiful gardens. I would say rooms are a 3 star EU standards. 10 km from the centre 150 D by taxi. We were the only British family there all activities and entertainment is in French however some staff can speak English this wasn’t a problem for us but if you like to join in and don’t understand French it might be

Best staff ever (specially Lili and JJ, but all of them were great). Always felt welcome, and helped to enjoy the best Budapest can give! Comfortable beds, organized activities (winetasting, dinner) to get people together, location.
Great location if you travel by car – on SAT free of charge parking on street and city center is easily reachable by tram which is operating 24h on weekends. Good coffee & breakfast

The attention of the staff.The facilities. It is a cozy hotel not so big but comfortable.
We had an amazing time at the apartment. It was a good size and very clean and modern, excellent value for money. The best thing was the genuine friendliness of Tomislav (owner). He ensured that he arranged a time before we arrived to deliver the keys etc and the he really went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy Zagreb. He took us for coffee (and rakia) and showed us on the map all of the best places to go. On our last day when he came back to check us out, we got lost and we’re going to be late for our bus. He kindly drove us to the bus station with all of our stuff and had to make two trips because there were six of us. He wouldn’t even take any money for it. I would 100% recommend this apartment and Tomislav will make sure you have everything you need.
