Mark and his entire staff were sooooooo very friendly and professional. They made our stay, to be honest. Mark is so nice and helpful. Very clean bedroom! Wonderful bed, bed sheets and pillows. We stayed for 2 nights and slept extremely well. I had anticipated much more noise from the busy street below, but no, great glazing! Fabulous location. My kind of pub and hotel.

The single room was nice, big for the price in London, and clean. The bar downstairs was lovely, always full but nothing could be heard from the room. The hotel is just outside Waterloo station, which makes its location a big plus
Staff were very friendly, great location close to public transport, huge English cooked breakfast, ensuite bathroom good size. reasonably priced meals.
I loved my room. It was super clean. The bed was comfortable, there was TV, free still and sparkling water, free little snacks, coffee in the room. The USB charger next to the bed was handy to charge my mobile and stay connected while lying in the bed 🙂 The bathroom was very clean and I really appreciated good quality shower gel and shampoo/conditioner. The receptionists were quite pleasant during the check-in and check-out process. All in all, a very good stay. I will be super happy to come back. And, did I mention, the hotel is right across the Waterloo station. All you have to do is cross the road! Thames is stone throw away. Can’t get any better.
