Right in old Quebec on the main street. Room was large and so was Bathroom.Great restaurants doors away
Good location. Easy access to public transport. Owners were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Their help was invaluable. They were very knowledgeable about the area and the city from restaurants, transport and planning your days out. The rooms had all you needed. We even had a smart tv that we could log in to our Netflix account if we wanted.
Didn’t know that they had breakfast. Staff was friendly, rooms and beds are big and clean, but room 1 Is directly next to the reception, so quite noisy! No common room, therefore not possiblr/likelx to meet other guests.
Location is good with very easy access to the tube

Good value for money, clean and very well located and central. The staff were attentive and very welcoming. Would certainly stay there again.
It is proper basic chain hotel as Ibis always is. Good for the night sleep and breakfast. You can also have your breakfast for example at CoffeHouse near Paveletskaya metro station. 24/7 bar is open next to the lobby. Reasonable value for money. Recommended.
Roda at the reception is an exceptional Mercure staff. Very warm, helpful, and very accomadating person.. My first experience at Mercure is amazing.!!!!!
Very easy travel to the centre with public transport and this area is not too busy and loud at night.

The staff was amazing! Extremely friendly and accommodating. It was a close walk to everything including the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazzar! It was also right nearby the water which was nice 🙂

Simple room, had a TV, kettle, all one can need for a one nighter. In a good area in the city as well.
The whole experience was fabulous the staff were efficient and very friendly always ready with a smile and ask how our day was or where we were off to, any problems with our tour bookings were handled straight away and we even had our bags walked with us across the road to the metro ! Transport was fantastic we used the metro to and from the airport a 2min walk and also to get around very handy for a short stay, across the road is Burj Kalifa and the Dubai mall with the fountains on show every night a wonderful stay thanks to all the staff!!
