Our flight into Chiang Mai arrived very early in the morning and we were worried about what to do with our grumpy and over tired children while we waited for check in time, but the staff were able to get us in to a room very quickly despited the early hour allowing us to take a nap before taking the Tuk Tuk into town.
A very lovely hotel with a beautiful Garden and tasteful decor. The location is a bit off the city, but did not feel any inconvenience as they would drive you to and from everywhere. Breakfast in the garden was simple but fresh and delicious. I was very impressed with the heartful service of the staffs, everyone was very friendly but especially Tukta, she would go the extra mile to accommodate all of our requests. My children loved the stay here, highly recommend for a family holiday!

Convenient location for us. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet. Although there is a railroad track nearby, the passenger train passes quickly at high speed and is very quiet (rarely blows horn). It did not disturb us in the least. They offer free airport shuttle, but we did not use it because we rented a car.

This guesthouse provides everything you need to live comfortably while traveling Rome. Manuela, the owner the guesthouse is a wonderful woman. She was kind, open minded and helpful. She provided many useful information and helped us with everything we needed. Gave us a map, showed all the places to go and what transport to take to get there. Our room was big and cosy, the bed is comfortable. The wi-fi connection and speed was excellent. The bathroom was clean and perfect. Everything is new, good taste and functional. The breakfast rich, various and very good quality as well. She brings every morning fresh fruits, croissants and make great cappuccinos. The location is also great, very well connected with town centre, Fiumicino, and Vatican. The tram number 8, which takes you directly to Piazza Venezia, is 5 minutes walk from there and a bus stop is just in front of house. Everything was perfect, was a pleasure being there.
