Amazing staff, amazing breakfast, amazing everything. We’ve stayed in many hotels and I don’t think any single hotel stay has been as perfect as our stay at St Regis Chengdu. The staff were ridiculously generous with time and ensuring we were comfortable, the room was beautifully comfortable. Our small kids were in absolute bliss here, even the buffet breakfast had a children’s playground. Honestly probably the best hotel experience we’ve ever had.
Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Good but pricey food on offer in the hostel restaurant. Central location, but difficult to find any good restaurants / bars within walking distance. Touts outside the property can be pushy.
Luxurious bed and excellent service. Simply the best after two weeks roughing it out in Tibet. Thanks to the wonderful staff of St Regis.
All St. Regis guests have club style privileges. The "Great Gatsby" theme cleverly hides modern electronic amenities that cover all necessities such as chargers for I-devices, Bose powered wide screen TV, interactive room lighting and much more. Best breakfast that we have had for a very long time with a wide selection for all tastes. Great service and friendly staff members who are knowledgeable and speak excellent english.

This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in and I have done time in some 5 star hotels. The beds were so comfortable and the room very spacious with excellent bathroom facilities. The buffet breakfast was phenomenal and the staff went out of their way to assist us as we did not speak Chinese. Would definitely stay here again.
