The breakfast was amazing. A lovely mix of Japanese foods and western. This hotel is so close to metro station that it made getting around so easy. Rooms very large and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and well kept. Distance from the shin station was great, literally across the street. Overall great stay.
It’s a calm and restful oasis with a lovely garden, set slightly away and yet just a short 10 min walk to the major train hub of Shinagawa station. Take the train directly from Haneda or Narita airports. Lots of restaurants nearby, convenience stores, drug store, aquarium, bowling alley, cinema. Rooms are spacious by Tokyo standards. Staff, including bellboy and bellgirl, are very attentive and helpful. There is a convenient courier desk too, located just outside the lobby.
The surrounding cherry blossom trees were beautiful! The service was very friendly, and we arrived when it was raining so they wiped our luggages for us. Very close to the train station, and airport shuttle bus stops in front of the hotel.
I loved the design of the hotel which is very modern and spacious. The rooms were amazing with a very nice view. Location is great for the shinkansen and JR station. We went during cherry blossom which was nice in the little park close to the hotel. Amazing breakfast. Though a little pricey, the quality of the food was very good. The spa is included and nice and cozy with wet and dry sauna.
Serene Hotel in Gardens with a big room. Fantastic, but expensive, buffet breakfast. Spa/Onsen was free to use. Very convenient that the shuttle bus from Narita stops there.
Very convenient location. A short walk to Shingawa rail station and hence easy access to Local JR, NEX & Shinkansen. Good food shopping in vicinity of station. Helpful staff. good convenient location.
We liked the large sized bedroom and bathroom, and the space to relax in the lounging area of the room. We also liked the bar, which was small and intimate and not filled with cigarette smoke. Also it was very convenient for the train station.
