Flawless service (including the amazing concierges), one of the best breakfasts we ever had in 5 star world-class hotels, amazing view from the room, ultra comfortable and silent room, great showers – in the room and in the spa/gym bath room.
The view from the room was just amazing – the bed was super comfortable the pool was quiet exactly what you need after a long flight from Europe. The bar has a mix of colours and design that view the skyscrapers is breathtaking. the best choice for staying in Tokyo! The breakfast is really delicious and full of choices I really recommend it !

The hotel was beautiful, such amazing views, wonderful staff, fantastic food – we had a corner room which was incredible, the bath looked out over Tokyo from the 33rd floor! Honestly the most brilliant experience we had ever had in a hotel. Absolutely deserves its 5 star rating.

Wow. This hotel is simply stunning. Arriving at dawn of an early morning flight to the 36th floor lobby is truly something special. Staff were polite and very helpful. Room itself was incredible. Unfortunately I was not able to use the facilities (pool,gym,spa) due to having extensive body art, however this is quite normal in japan and knew before booking. The bars & restaurants onsite were fantastic too.
Friendly and helpful staff. Best room I have ever seen with great attention to detail. The bench in the window frame is awesome. Great shower and bathtub. Great pyjamas and Yukatas. Decent gym (for a hotel). Nice pool. Terrific views from the room, breakfast area, gym, pool area.
