Love everything of the hotel. The design and decoration is really cool.
Modern minimal design that is functional and sensitive to the original features of the building. Beds are huge and comfortable!
Loved, loved, loved the room. So spacious, bed luxurious, and modern bathroom was lovely.
Beds are very comfortable however one oversight is ours was made up with the wrong size sheets ! Much too small so they kept slipping off. Small detail but very very important. Restaurant staff and valet staff were fabulous. Check in staff could have been a little more engaging. Very good location.
I loved everything about my stay, but want to mention Lucy, who checked me in and always seemed to be there whenever I had a question or needed anything. The staff overall was so friendly and attentive, but Lucy was a superstar.
Our room got upgraded and its’s really nice. The room is very clean and comfy

Alice, the Guest Services Manager, and her team go well in excess of expectations to make guests feel like friends come to visit rather than customers. The staffing choices at the hotel are by far it’s strongest feature.
Bed was super comfy – didn’t want to get up. Room so peaceful and superbly decorated. Highly recommend staying her, but don’t want to let the secret of this wonderful hotel out ! We are returning !
The bed was comfy, king size but advertised as double so that was a pleasant bonus. The size of room was great and the little euro style balcony was incredibly cute.
