Nothing the Hotel was dreadful mutton dressed up as lamb
The staff are really cooperative and supportive and friendly… i love the location as its on the center near to the selfridges only 2 mints and all there are many options of restaurants and cafe
I only use this hotel when I am in London. I refuse to go elsewhere. The reception, housekeeping, and concierge are fantastic. They go out of their way help you and make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Amazing customer service. Concierge staff (Ken) above and beyond expectations. Check in staff very friendly as were the staff in the Lounge.
Service from the hotel team was excellent. Infrastructure from size of rooms to lift to restaurants is 4 on a scale of 10. The team led by their Ops Mgr. Philip, the reception desk, concierge and house keeping were very very nice.
There was complimentary slippers provided which were very soft. Nespresso machine available along with peppermints teas etc for different tastes. The hotel left a lovely birthday message and slice of cake for my sister’s birthday. They provided an early check-in at no extra cost!
One of the best hotels near Oxford Street! The location right within walking distance to the shoping area and three tube stations (oxford, bond street, marble arch). Our room was big enough, nice decoraded, and has a very clean and big bathroom. Very comfortable beds, sheets, pillows. Very friendly staff. A lot of shops, restaurants and cafes are behind the hotel. Very good Wifi connection. If I will visit London again we would definitely stay at Mandeville Hotel.
