Steve and his wife were super friendly and helpful right from the beginning. The house is really lovely with artwork throughout. The rooms are big and airy, and my room had a fan and aircon. Breakfast was only 50bht extra and there was a choice. I had scrambled eggs and they were delicious, I also added a healthy smoothie as I had spotted some others having them – also delicious. The location is brilliant, it’s right in the Old City but quiet at night. I would highly recommend this place to other travellers. Very clean.

Really nice location(mid-point of oldtown and nimmanhaemin), simply&yummy breakfast, An exotic outdoor cafe. And owner and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and built in the form of Ranna. The restaurant next to the guesthouse runs late at night and the food is delicious. Thanks to this guesthouse, I made a great memories of chiangmai.;)
The place is really great, I exténués my stay to two weeks 🙂 the owners are really helpful giving à lot of indications at arrival and when asked, they are really easy-going people. The location is nice, in a calm street. The rooms are clean and shared bathroom also. I really enjoyed the large room 1st floor. And I met awesome people there, if you are easy-going and looking for chiang mai atmosphere I definitely recommand this place!
