– the staff was beyond nice and helpful. -very nice room , clean big and with a great bed and a nice bathroom. – They give you water, teas and Some snacks that you find in your room. – the location was very good too, very Close to the Metro station Opera and with coffee shops and restaurants all around. -a nice file of information of Madrid is in the room with attractions to see, restaurants, tranportation….
The prompt response of the hotel to queries, to the information we provided and the hotel’s email of the hotel location. Also the receptionist were all kind to help and assist us. Special thanks to the male receptionist who assisted us in our late check-in due to our delayed flight on Oct 26th. And the female reception who assisted us on Oct 27th in our check-out, luggage storage and for relaying the shuttle service message to us.
Great location, only a 5/10 minute walk from the main square and metro stations. Nice for a very cheap room there was a bottle of water, kettle, tea coffee etc. The reception staff were very friendly and even helped me out with a plug adaptor. The place it self is very basic, but clean and has everything you need.
Location was perfect!! First time to Madrid and everything was so easy to find. Room was modern and cleaned to a very high standard throughout our stay.
