We arrived from the airport really tired and they checked us in earlier like I asked which was really appreciated. I was there with my parents and we all loved our rooms. The bed was super comfortable, with a wonderful view over the city (we were on the 21st floor). The rooms were cleaned everyday. The wifi in the room and the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast buffet itself was great! The staff was very attentive to our needs. The fitness club is modern with great equipments. It has the essential to have a good sweat. The location is perfect, you have two subway stations in the building, three subway lines, one seven eleven and a coffee shop. It was really easy to get to places. The entire hotel staff was respectful, professional and helpful. The reception would suggest things I didn’t even ask which made me feel appreciated as a client. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will be coming back next time I am in Tokyo.
