The location of the hotel is great with easy access to the train to Shibuya. It’s also right across the street from a Seiyu which is the equivalent of a Walmart. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The room was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Friendly and efficient staff, excellent house-keeping and very convenient location.
The location is great in terms of being really close to a station, however it’s not a JR line and required some transfers to get to key places. The staff were polite. The room met all my expectations.
