The Hotel is quiet new and the design is totally nice but unfortunately the was something wrong in construction and you could easily hear voice from other rooms.
Location is good , walkable from MRT and surrounded by many Cafe and 7-11 stores. Hotel is nice with good service from staffs and room is great. Bed and pillows are comfort , room is clean and very new. There are fitness room and swimming pool on 2nd floor.
Cleanliness, location, design and hotel facilities. Location is good , only 20 minutes from Airport. The hotel is very new , room is large and nice decorated. Breakfast is good and staffs are polite and helpful.
Design of the room , facilities , comfort bed , free wifi and staff performance. And good location , 10 minutes from MRT Suttisarn station. 5 minutes walk to McDonald’s cafe. There is 7-11 ( 24 hrs ) just opposite to the hotel. The room is very new , modern and good design. Restaurant is nice decoration and breakfast is delicious!! . Swimming pool is one of the most beautiful and unique. I enjoy exercise in a fitness room and swim at hotel. At the lobby there are computers and space for relax or do some works. Perfect stay at STAY Hotel !!
from check in until check out process all the staff members i have met was super attentive and helpful.. there was a small problem with the tv in my room and they were so kind to upgrade my room to a suite room.. thank you so much guys )
Bed very comfortable, big TV with international programs, modern/new hotel with state of the art installations, nice pool, very nice staff, 500m (10min) to metro, quite room

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sehr sauber.
Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wasser bekommt man umsonst und so viel wie man möchte. Sauberkeit war top.
Really helpful staff, Elroy the facilities guy in particular was excellent, our tv had no channels on it but he arrived about 5 mins after I made the call to reception and was very friendly and helpful. We also asked for extra towels, came very quickly. Location right next to the tube station and also an M&S food hall was perfect. Breakfast had a double thumbs up from the kids. Really good base for our trip to London.
