It was a clean, comfortable place to stay that also had reasonable prices. Also, their receptionist made sure to honor our request for a ground floor room. That was very important because our luggage was bulky and heavy. It would have been difficult for us, who are in our sixties, to carry it up the stairs.
Excellent value for money in a great spot in London. Immaculately clean too.
Bed was comfortable room was ok size for single person. Room had all usual comforts. Location was great tube station was local even though I preferred to walk, short distance to Westminster
Location was the only best thing about this hotel.
The only nice thing to say about this property is its location to major bus/rail/underground stations.
The room was terribly small and very old needs a lot of renovating. Very chintzy with Shampoo, toilet paper, and soap had to go down to office late at night once for toilet paper. They left garbage in the bathroom for two days was glad to leave. The noise from the street at night was terrible because the panes are single pane noise travels.
Clean and had everything I need for an overnight stay.
Hotel is based on a quiet St.Georges Drive in Pimlico. The double room was comfortable and spacious for two people. Bathroom was lovely, TV and kettle with tea and coffee nice to have. Breakfast was good, a selection of continental foods and drinks. English breakfast is available but have to pay for extra, which was worth it. Hospitality was pleasant, we asked for directions and best places to shop at reception and the lovely lady there helped us no problem. Luggage storage was no problem if you want to go on one last ramble around London before travelling on. 10 minute walk from Victoria train and coach station and shops & 5 minute walk from Pimlico underground. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.
Location within 15 minutes walking distance from Victoria coach, from here technically you can travel all around UK.. neighborhood sound safe..
