Great helpful and friendly staff. Very nice Thai style guest house with a lot of character. Location is excellent for markets and walking to great food. Clean and everything worked well.
The location was excellent. Room was fine, clean and shower was hot with good pressure
We booked a standard room which was ok but we ended up upgrading to a deluxe while there and it was 100% worth the extra – the deluxe rooms are lovely. All the staff were super friendly, pool area lovely too. Location great inside the old city, close to everything.
The guesthouse is well located inside the town centre, close to the temples area, shops, bars and restaurants. The staff was very helpful providing us lots of advices for the activities to do in the region.
The bed was ENORMOUS, the bathroom was very nice, the whole property was very clean, the staff were very friendly, room had a balcony.
Hotel was highly recommended by a friend who often visit the area. Good room, very clean, good price. The front desk agent are genuinely nice, very attentive to our needs and requests. Was also able to enjoy their nice little pool.

Normally I stay somewhere a fraction of the price of Sri Pat, so this was very much an expensive stay for me. Despite this, the guesthouse justifies the extra cost. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and all spoke very good English. The room was very comfortable, with a good amount of space for 2 humans. Showers had great pressure and hot water all day. We never got down to the pool as we didn’t spend much time actually at the guesthouse, but my friends who used it seemed happy.
