Perfect location. Suites are apartment style and very comfortable, and staff is very helpful and accommodating
Location, serviced apartment and staff. The apartment was serviced twice a day, so you had the luxury of being in an apartment but the service of a hotel. The manager very generously gave my husband a bottle of cava to celebrate his birthday. Really thoughtful. The kitchen, though small, was nicely presented.
The Location is excellent, next to a major road (Gran Via) and a major walking area filled with shops and cafes.

The two bedroom apartment was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of apartment is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the subway train. The only down side is the area known for prostitutes (Calle Montera) is nearby. We were not aware of this but its well documented if you Google this. During the day time the area is packed with tourists so we felt totally safe. But we left early one morning in the dark to catch the train and prostitutes were hanging out near the apartment. We felt very uncomfortable. While the apartment was very nice we’d probably look for another location just to avoid the area.
it felt like coming back home after a day out. It had all the basics and a bit more.
The moment we arrived we were greeted with excellent valet service, then in the reception given a cold drink ( which was much needed). The receptionist was more than professional and welcoming. He was so friendly and when we asked him to kindly pick us a nice room since the kids are super excited about the trip, he not only picked us an AWESOME one but also upgraded our booking!! Amazing comfortable stay and I would also like to add the breakfast was excellent too!! I would highly recommend the stay here especially for UAE residents coming to dubai for a weekend…Will definitely be back!
