Perfectly positioned for the Hermitage and other sites. Bus to Moscow train station stops directly outside. Warm and quiet. Staff speak excellent English. Directions sent to us in advance on how to find the hotel which has no sign outside. Trying to squeeze bodies and bags into the tiny, creaky lift provided us with endless entertainment. Others may not see this as a positive but we did.
Staff were all very helpful and went out of their way to answer questions and explain and book cab etc Glass of wine on arrival was a thoughtful touch.
Excellent location, very accommodating staff (a girl with funky colored hair was probably the nicest hotel administrator I’ve ever met). Very clean, small hotel with good quality appliances and extremely good value for the price.

Located in city’s center. Most attractions in walking distance or by use of public transport. Underground station located basically around the corner – very convenient. Plenty of cafes & restaurants in hotel’s vacinity. Polite & helpful staff. Clean & tidy rooms. Recommend to book a taxi directly from hotel rather than outside – much cheaper. Very pleasant stay, no issues at all. FYI. On 5th lvl in the lobby there is a notice board with plenty of useful info about ATMs, cafes, services etc.
The proximity to the center of the city and to major touristic attractions (e.g. 5 min. walk to the Hermitage Museum, or the Saint Isaac’s Cathedral). The shuttle bus to the airport. The cleanliness of the rooms.
