The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely big room with a nice view over the swimming pool. Bed linen was of good quality and the bed was big and comfortable. There were plenty of bars and eating places and although the hotel is large, it never felt crowded, even at breakfast. The buffet breakfast was excellent with trays constantly being replaced with fresh food. We also appreciated the location, just out of the city centre – it provided us with rest and relaxation away from the busy tourist areas, yet was close enough to access all that Seville offeredeasily. We had everything we needed to make our stay perfect.
The property was nice, with large rooms. But looked like it was not well maintained. We had taken a room with terrace. The terrace was nice and big but again, very unclean. The services were good and staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking facility was a plus point.
Nice pool, staff and decor. Easy to find, Good bus routes into the city centre. Parking on road (except when a football game was on) so no point in paying for hotel parking.
If you plan to see Real Betis, then the location is the best. Only 3 minutes walking to the stadium. The beds and the room were clean and nice. The staff were nice and polite. The hotel is old, but still nice.
we took a family room and it was very big. Very clean hotel. One can find free parking near the hotel. City is just 5-10 minutes driving.
Reasonable priced hotel with ease access to the old city
The cleanest, the breakfast buffet offered a lot of varieties.
We arrived on a Friday afternoon and were immediately given clear assistance on where to park our car. We were impressed with the cleanness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff.
The location, friendly staff and interesting environment
We greatly appreciate the help given to us during our short stay at the hotel. My mother fell critically ill on the 3rd day of our stay. The reception staff helped me with my call to the airline to change our flight. The lady also checked the taxi/ coach timings/fares and advised us on the fastest way to get us to the airport. A big thank you to you!
