The location is excellent and the only real positive. The staff were friendly.
I love the cleaner were Japanese since they very passion and warmly . Staff were concern I didn’t enjoy breakfast and asked me to take a coffee at coffee shop even over the breakfast period when I was check out . Very quiet place because not much Chinese staying that what I love to stay so much . Cleaner were very quiet to did their cleaning it totally won’t wake me up when lunch time period .
Provided toiletries from Pola and skincare sachets from Kracie, disposable slippers. Staff gave very detailed and clear directions to the shibuya excel hotel / Mark city airport limousine bus stop. Many restaurants nearby.
The location was perfect for us, the room wad good size and well insonorized. The restaurant of the hotel was a good combination of italian food
Very convenient location and spacious (by Japanese standards) room. Very clean facilities overall. Nice to have a Pronto café in the lobby.
The location of the hotel was really great. It was right in Shibuya, but in a quiteter side street. We could easily walk from our hotel to many different areas we wanted to explore. There were a lot of nice restaurants in our area, which were so close to the hotel.
Convenient location from Shibuya station, though getting to Tobu Hotel the first time was a challenge, after that, very easy. Easy walking distance to Harajuku. Breakfast was good. Good cheap food for lunch and dinner only a couple of streets away. Good shopping too. Same street as Apple and Disney stores if that is what you like.
Great value, excellent service in a hard-to-beat location. Great food, drinks, transport and services are only minutes away. I will definitely be booking here again.
Very friendly & helpful staff. I lost my iPhone in a taxi and reception at tobu were very quick to react and get my iPhone back 👍👍👍!
