This is the hotel I will always choose when I visit Seoul. The facility is good and the location is perfect, very convenient to travel to everywhere in Seoul. I like this hotel.
The staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. We chose the hotel because they had a shuttle to COEX convention center. Then we found out that the shuttle only ran in one direction, 3 times in the morning.
I like the location of hotel. It was very close to Arbatskaya Metro Station and city centre. You can walk to Kilometer Zero unless getting any public transport. The breakfast was in BB Cafe and it was enough for daily activities. The best thing that i liked very much that hotel was so lovely for pets, had 2 cats and their life area in lobby. Thank you very much for sensitivity.
