First of all, the owners of the house, Stephanie and Caroline ( twins) were extremely nice and helpful. Also, I got my own private key to get into the property, so I did not have to wait for anybody to open the gate and the doors for me. Furthermore, it was in a quiet neighborhood. You only had to walk a few blocks blocks to get to public transportation to get to downtown Miraflores or near Larcomar, a nice shopping center. If you like to walk , like I do during cooler weather, it takes about 15 minutes to get to LarcoMar and about the same to get to downtown Miraflores. Finally, It is very safe.
Anyway was in protected zone in Miraflores, but far away from all the facilities.
The room I had was big. The sisters who run it are very relaxed and friendly, making sure I understood the idea of ‘My house is your house’. Roof top kitchen and garden is fantastic with couches and tables. I have been to Peru twice and both times spent a couple of nights here.
It is really a great place. I stayed there for 20 nights with my mom. We had to share the bathroom, but it was good, felt like home. This place is very quite, safe and independent. Close to many parks, supermarkets, bus stops and the beach! Stephany, who rented us her place is very nice, friendly and most important honest. I absolutely recommend this place. By the way, is cheaper then other places around.

The owner is a nice person and easy going. The breakfast is ok. The location is a far far off Miraflires centre but you can go walking. But close to the high is to reach Lima centre (++)
