Very near to the metro and all attractions in the center. Rooms were clean, cleaning staff was doing great job. Please mind that rooms are not very spacious (design over funcionality), double room was quite small. This is a city center so sometimes nights were noisy- many drunken people in the street. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty but restaurant staff was not very kind…

Everything was great, staff was really kind, rooms were nice and the location couldn’t be better. A few days after checkout I needed a proof-of-stay from them, Elena Gomez, the hotel director herself, personally helped me to get what I needed. Really nice people, two thumbs up!
We liked the staff very much. They were extremely helpful. Breakfasts were good with lovely little pastries and fresh bread as well as many choices. Good long window of availability of breakfast. The room was very quiet and the shower was great. Toiletries lovely.
