This hotel has a beautiful terrace restaurant that overlooks the city of L’viv, great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast area also has a great view ( one floor below the terrace restaurant).
Bob, the manager, was very nice. He helped us with everything we needed.
Room was bit too small but all required facilities were there. The picture shown on what I downloaded via internet was much larger.
Exceptional stuff! Very helpful, friendly and attentive.

Position, staff, all. Sasha is a very very kind and helpful guy. The staff speak enough english and they always try to help you and give you tips where to go and visit. The breakfast is served in the room and it’s very satisfactory. The location is excellent, tverskaya street is very beautiful, full of nice places to eat an for the nightlife. Overall I felt very good with the hotel.
The reception staff were pleasant and the cottage we stayed in was lovely and spacious.

The hotel is situated in a quiet and not conjested area near to the road and opposite to the big supermarket. The restaurant and cafe/bar staff are so nice and accommodating.
The room was very comfortable and clean. The bad was as you expect plump and comfy. The atmosphere is very much `Berlin between wars and bourgeoise. As the weather was not really great we did not enjoy the garden but I guess it is a very nice feature on good days. The breakfast was very good and very good value for money. We tried a breakfast in another place and although it was good the price was the same for less quantity and choice than at the hotel
