Spacious, modern and well furnished room. Very comfy bed, lovely kitchenette and bathroom (with a tub). Clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful at any time. Very easy to get there from the airport, close enough to public transport, the city center/main attractions and to a nice supermarket.

The fact that I had I didn’t have an en suite bathroom really degraded my experience
This is a magnificent hotel, authentically old Vienna and not the ubiquitous international bland modern that has become so familiar. All the qualities of the 1880’s hotel and its spectacular 1920s Art Deco embellishments are seamlessly blended with the highest specification modern embellishment to deliver absolute luxury. The dining room is a wonderful Art Deco panelled masterpiece and the bare is delightful, all reminiscent of the original Savoy in London.

Everything was perfect. Thanks for your hospitality. Flat is very big, kitchen with everything you need, TV+ Sound System, very comfy bed and nice bathroom, 24 hours security, 24 hours reception and value for money. It’s also very central location near to everywhere.
Rooms very dusty and cleaners just make up your bed and no change towels. Made a cup of coffee and drank half of it on my first day of arriving and that cup stayed on my bedroom table until the day i left considering i was there for 5 nights. Breakfast not of great quality selection of food is okay.
The staff were so helpful. We arrived and our room was not ready so we were offered complimentary drinks. We were given a free upgrade on our room as selected ‘Guest of the Day’ which meant a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, free mini bar and a glass of champagne brought to the room! The room was really lovely – a great power shower, comfortable bed and the hotel had good facilities.
Location, staff and welcome drink were all very good.
