Nice personal, ready to help you, tasty and rather big breakfast, very quiet room, though located in the center of Medina.
I loved my stay at Riad Jenan Adam. Everything was handled with a lot of care: the room was always clean. It was like they knew what I needed at the right moment. An excellent tagine dinner when I was too tired to go out, a wonderful coversation over a nice cup of tea. I traveled solo to Marrakech and it was my first time, but Mahjoub made sure that I had a very good time. He provided me with very good advice regarding which places to see and in which order, and also how to make sure my interactions with the locals are going to be nice and smooth. They made me feel part of the family. Thank you!
Excellent staff, Khalid, Rashida and Mohamed were all very helpful and hospitable. We enjoyed the cups of mint tea. Great location, only 10 mins walk to the square and souks were even closer. The riad staff also arrranges for our airport transfers and excursions, gave us best prices onthe market.
The location was good and staff were friendly, the room was generally clean.
The stuff is very nice and the location is perfect, inside the Medina. The room has air-condition, which is necessary if you travel during the summer. Breakfast was good. At first they gave us juice and coffee, but we also asked for some tea and they didn’t hesitate in doing some for us.
The riad is traditional decorated and is situated in the heart of medina of Marrakech. The rooms are oriented towards the inner courtyard so they are not noisy if you don’t open the window to the street. The host was wonderful and trusty person. He made for us arrangements, helped us booking some others trips and gave us some useful information. The riad is a very good base for exploring the city and its surroundings.
We received warm welcome and really enjoyed our stay. The staffs were really nice and helpful! Couldn’t thank enough for their help. The room was very comfortable.
perfect location. Its right in the medina. 5minutes walk into jema el fnaa and the kokubia mosque. The staff were extra nice, made sure you know everything that you need before you leave the riad. Directions, precautions, locations, timings, travel times etc. they take extra time to talk to you about your day, your other experiences. Genuinely try to get to know you. Also a nice place to get to know other travelers. All in all a great stay.

Very nice , clean. Reception staff excellent and knowledgeable.Position is great , just opposite the train station.Will definitely book again.
