Friendly staff, Mr Hassan made for us delicious dinner, original interior in Morocco style, inside Medina, near the main square, street market and attractions.
We couldn’t find better place than Riad Chennaoui. Me and my girlfriend stayed for 2 nights and we were amazed by hospitality and kindness of the staff. Hassan who is a manager provided us anything we need. We spent a lovely evening on the terrace talking with him about Morocco and Marrakesh. It’s a place to come back to.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The Riyad had a nice feel and the room was clean and comfortable.

Location and the staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was good traditional ‘pancakes’. They helped us find our way through the maze to a parking lot nearby, until we got our bearings. It was definitely authentic. Friendly Moroccan family lives in and owns/operates the Riad. Very little English, but enough to get by.
Really beautiful and comfortable place. Host was really kind and helpful. The breakfast was excelent, filling and delicous. Good place to stay while in Marrakech with little shops, ATM and a cheap, but neat restaurant around.
Nothing we like about the Road it was gross palace.
My friends and I were there for 2 weeks. We appreciated having had the experience of a family-run place in a beautiful riad. I highly recommend this for a cosier, less touristic experience. You give up a little on amenities but living in midst of a small family enterprise is a precious takeaway from my experience of morocco. Breakfast served in a breathtaking courtyard was a highlight. Location was a concern at first but after finding the fastest way to the square, it became a blessing for the chance to walk through a nice part of the medina everyday and soak in the atmosphere.
