Super helpful. Went out of their way to help Oasis of calm
A beautiful Riad that acted as a total oasis, safe-haven and respite from the crowded and mind-spinning Marrakech medina. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and beautiful. Relaxing by the poolside with a bottle of wine was a great memory.
Nice and clean riad well located half way between the Djema El fina place and the modern part of Marrakech. The only drawback is the price of the meal or any other services offered at this place. Everything is in Euro and way over than the average cost of things in Morroco or Marrakech. The french owners should consider that Marrakech is not Paris. Except this, everything was fine and the service excellent.
Overall we were happy with our stay. The staff was most helpful. The place was relaxing, especially with its own small pool – very refreshing after 43 degrees of sun! And the price was good value. The night watchman (Ibrahim) was able to meet us at the gate to the medina, which made us feel safer. He served with a smile. We also got a lot of info and tips from Nicolas who was very accommodating with our queries.

We had a lovely stay here. The Hotel was like a quiet, calming oasis in the middle of the hectic city of Marrakech. The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful and made you feel at home from the second you stepped through the door. The rooms were great and we even got to choose between multiple different rooms on arrival. The outside settings were also great with multiple cozy seating areas, a great pool area and several roof terraces. We liked the breakfast and the a la carte food served at the hotel. The lunch we were served on our first day there was the best meal we had on our trip to Marrakech.
This Riad was incredible! Excellent communication, detailed explanation of everything you could ever need at check in so you feel completely comfortable and at home. The facilities were impeccable; rooms, pool, wifi, breakfast, shared spaces. There is nothing I can fault with what this place offers.
We were greeted with a lovely welcome and we’re given lots of valuable information about visiting Marrakech. Our rooms were beautiful, cool and comfortable. We felt very safe in the riad. The rooftop terrace is amazing, ask for rooftop dining if possible! The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The pool is so beautiful, we would definitely come back here and recommend people staying here if you want a great location. It’s situated in the medina, with a manageable walk to all the sites in the heart of the medina. We stayed in July, the heat did not deter us! Clean, comfortable and luxurious. Great sunset and views of the city from the roof. Taxi’s can take you to the door, it’s a five minute walk to the nearest medina entrance.
I loved everything in this hotel! I preferred to spend my time inside than outside of the hotel. The staff are so kind and polite. The room big and 100%Moroccan style. You have to try the traditional food from Fatima’s hands!
They allowed a free treat from the market for my daughter who was in the Halifax area for surgery!
