The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Modern design and nicely finished. The bed is comfortable and air con all in order. We was in the room on the top floor which I think is better than the rooms below. The rooms below seemed to have a smell in the hallway. However we did not have any issues. There was no problem with noise. Angelo is a pleasure. He is helpful and knowledgeable and likes to have a joke (even if he has to explain them to you ha!). Angelo’s speak English very well as well. Angelo also picked us up from the airport for a reasonable fee. The room is in a very good location, walking distance within the front and the national park which has excellent views.
Hotel NapoliMia is a lovely property right on Via Toledo in the historic district of Naples. It is beautifully decorated and has many amenities. It has an espresso bar in the lobby and free access to many snacks of pastries, cakes, tea, coffee and lemon water for guests. The room was spacious and had a beautifully appointed bathroom. Despite being on a pedestrian only very busy street, the room was quiet. The staff was very helpful and they served a delicious breakfast with many food selections. It is within a few steps of many restaurants, bars and shops. We were very happy with our stay at Hotel NapoliMia and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Person at reception friendly, spoke English (good as I have no Greek) and helpful with local directions. Easiest access from airport is metro to Monastiraki and take a cab from there (if coming late, dark streets not easiest to navigate) or walk in daytime.

We travelled to this hotel as family with a two year girl. The hotel staff were amazing. They were so friendly to us and helpful. Every morning we were greeted with smiles and Hello’s. The staff went up and beyond for us. They are very thoughtful for their guests. One evening they put a film on the big screen for our little girl to watch while having dinner, (without us asking for it). They also provided breakfast items at dinner time for our daughter when requested. The restaurant was another plus, it is nice and cosy with surprising delicious dishes cooked to order. Overall the staff made this a gem of a hotel to stay in during our travels. They made us feel very much at home. Location is perfect with a straight walk to red square and close to metro station .

Love the variety of facilities. Sauna, good fitness area, choice of pools, underground parking. Great for families.
The location was quiet and very secure and location for cafes and restaurants was excellent also near to royal Albert for concerts
