The hotel offers a nice garden in the back yard with a swimming pool. It was nice to stay there and relax.
Receptionist were very helpful. A taxi I had prebooked failed to arrive. I was running late, so the receptionist kindly asked the breakfast chef to drop me off at the training venue. Deeply appreciated
The room was very very clean. Air condition was good. Bed very comfortable. Clean inside and out in the hallways. Quiet. In other words "cheap and cheerful"! Reception staff very pleasant. Wanted to pay with my card but it wasn’t possible. I would stay here again and probably more than one day because there is also a pool. Taxis are very expensive in Marrakech even from this hotel to the airport I paid 15 euro. You have to fight with the taxi drivers. Ones at the airport are the worst I have ever encountered. Thieves all of them.
City hotel easy to get about. Very helpful staff. Pool has good shade and decent size.
Guarded parking across the street, very good places to eat nearby. Price is very good for the city.
I have stayed here several times over the last few years. If you are looking for a bed for the night and a clean room with no bells and whistles then this does the trick. It is reasonably and fairly price for what you get – honestly given the modest price I don’t understand the complaints by some people -- if you want something more then you will have to pay more. You do need to ask reception for the TV and A/c remote controls. Ask for a room with good internet reception – the signal strength varies from room-to-room – the receptionist is happy to obligue

The location is good. Plus it has a swimming pool which is an adding value in the hot weather that Marrakesh has
Located in a nice area called Gueliz. A little bit far from central touristic spots but we wanted to stay away from there for one night so we picked this place. I needed to print my boarding pass and receptionist guy saved me on that. Room had a balcony and view to pool which was nice.
The bed is the most comfortable I ever had in all hotels all over the world! Located at very centre of old town, very easy to travel all sightseeing.
