Everything about the property is as it is in the pictures and a very spacious place

Breakfast was really nice in terms of quality. The rooms are very spacious and the staff very helpful.
The staff were very helpful, attentive, and friendly. Sometimes one member may not have understood English perfectly, but there was always someone on staff who did. The breakfast crew were also very helpful and friendly and provided great service. The rooms were SO clean and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. I was so impressed with the large room and great air-conditioning for the hot days. What a great hotel! I used the shuttle service just once to the BTS station, the other times I was fine with walking. But the shuttle service was a nice touch. Lastly, when the staff called a taxi for me to the airport, they chose a taxi that provided great service, low price, and no scams at all.

The location is great (5 min. walk from Southern Cross Station) and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. There is a huge kitchen with plenty of space to store and prepare your meals. Also, the bathrooms were never busy.
