The bed and sofa were comfortable. Staff were friendly. Connected to 8 Thonglor where there were nice cafes and supermarket.
2-bedroom apartment in downtown, accurate GPS easy to find. Safe and nice accommodations. 7/24 Staff is helpful to solve problems.
Perfect location, close to Firenze SMN train station. Room is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful.

The accessible bathrooms were very spacious. The dorms also have ample room to move about even with some bags around. The roof terrace is a nice space and offers areas both in the sun and shade.
It was in a cheaper area of Venice and only a 20 minute walk to the square

The location was really really good, close to the heart of shinjuku and to the subway. The painting on the wall of the room were nice.
The location of the apartments is fantastic, especially if you wish to explore the city on foot (as we did). The check-in was easy, even though we arrived at a really late hour. The staff were really friendly in online communication, despite the fact that we encountered some (rather persistent) payment issues.
