The view was perfect, the riverside room just made you glued to the window, seeing over the Chao Phraya flowing. The room was clean and the facilities available at the hotel were good. Wifi connection was stable. Getting a taxi to the central part of bangkok wasn’t any issue as well.
The front of house members of staff, especially Rain, were incredibly friendly, helpful and a delight to speak with.

the location on the river was great, good size swimming pool, staff were very friendly. we had fresh fruit in our room& as it was my birthday we had a birthday cake in our room when we returned from a day out, so thank you ramada hotel. Good free shuttle boat service on the river, plenty of choice for breakfast. We would use this hotel again, no problem.
Good view of the river. Nice pillows. Good food. Very nice pool and clean lobby area.
We checked in really early ,but it didnt matter they were very accomadating. Infact it was our wedding anniversary so they had given us a free upgrade to the most amazing room with the best view. I think it was the royal Thai suite which is on top floor. Was so amazing we really appreciated it. It allowed us free access to exectutive lounge where you received free happy hour and free afternoon tea. It was so great. The night we checked in the staff also had a beautiful cake delivered to our room with happy anniversary on it. It tasted amazing so grateful thanx guys. The rooms were super clean the hotel was so beautiful and the staff very happy friendly and spoke good English. The hotel is just next to asiatique too which is convenient for food shopping and bars.
Good location, minutes away from Gare du Nord. Friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was ample. Comfortable rooms.
