Very comfortable beds, excellent room on 18th floor, accommodating staff, we will visit again
The location and site were great. Places to eat near by and direct access to trams. Very spacious! Apartment was neat and tidy. Reception staff accomodating of after hours key pick up and rang ahead to request bed setup for children staying. Harbour views were beautiful at night and the balcony was large with access from each room (3).
A great room very close to the old town but not in it. My room was big with it’s own bathroom and aircon. The share kitchen was good with fridge and a washing machine and roomy. There was a lovely outside area with table,chairs and a nice garden. Once checked in I was given alot of informtion on town and even a glass of wine to enjoy. Would happily recommend this place.
Peaceful location outside the city centre, set in attractive parkland and convenient for Schonbrunn but otherwise rather isolated. Undergroungd stations about 10-15 minutes walk away. Quiet and comfortable room with plenty of storage space. Excellent breakfast and courteous and helpful staff.
Everything was good about the hotel no complains. Couldn’t ask for better hotel.

The hotel and resort architecture is lovely. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. A special mention of Moncef in the restaurant who was particularly friendly and helpful.
Great quality for the price and you can’t beat being able to park on site after paying for parking for a music festival all weekend. Bed was super comfy, shower was huge, short drive to food and downtown, definitely staying here again.
Staff are not good at all. They don’t know how to behave with a foreigner. Not at all co-operative. Rather they are rude to the guests. No staff will help you. Lift is very old. You need to carry your heavy suitcase [if you have such] upto the reception. Breakfast is also not good at all. Only its location is good.
Thos is a little gem of a place. The owners were very helpful and obviously proud of the standard of the accommodation. Great location near the old town. Bakery handy and lots of restaurants if you don’t want to wander to far. All being well we will be back
