The location. Help with bookings for restaurants, tours. Nice bathrooms.
This is a great little hotel for the money, in a prime location on a pedestrian street. (Be aware that since it’s a pedestrian street, the closest that taxis can get is a hundred or so meters away.) Once here it was easy to walk pretty much anywhere in the city. (There are also metro stations nearby.) The staff was top notch – very friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet (although that’s probably partly because it was an interior room – see negatives) and I appreciated the firmness of the bed. Breakfast was included, and though not super exciting it was filling and a good start to the day.
Location, large room (with upgrade option), full bath, elevator from main floor to all floors, excellent breakfast, very courteous staff. Great shopping within steps from from door.
